“small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit”

“We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend.”

“room was spotless ,hotel gardens where beautiful, dinner and breakfast was amazing.reason for 3 star rating was given due to reception staff not dealing with our complaint of having no hot water when showering before dinner and was not much better the following morning.”

“The property was in a quiet location near to the town and shops. Good choice of restaurants and eateries nearby. Very clean and comfortable place. Good beds. All the amenities you would require for self-catering. Very enjoyable stay. Would use this place again.”

“It’s absolutely horrible the staff were horrible the cleanliness was below any standard i wouldn’t even put a mouse in there. There was mice droppings liquid stains on the bed and walls and skirtings shower was disgusting there was mouse/rat poo on floor got told by 3 separate people it is used as a brothel blood stains bed bugs where everywhere people that we contacted where not nice too us at all could here mice in the walls/in side the bed room couldn’t sleep had to stand up all night I would……

“Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.”

“Spotless & a 5-star feel to the property & room”

“Excellent stay 👍👍🎉”

“couldn’t fault it. lovely clean room, good food , outside area very well maintained and plenty of parking. would stay again.”

“Nice hotel. Restaurant & bar are very nice with decent food offerings and the staff were great. Very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and really appreciated the extra touches like robe & slippers and room service. Decent coffee machine in the rooms too! Only thing I’d say is some of the rooms have a little dated decor, but are well equipped and clean with a comfortable bed and loads of little extras. So for the price & location… great value and definitely will stay……

“good stay”

“The good Great location. Main hotel gorgeous. Pool brilliant The bad Tired room heating didn’t work and quite dirty. Breakfast and dinners clearly pre cooked and left on hot plates.”
