「I only gave it 1 star because none wasn’t an option. We booked two rooms for our family and they were on completely opposite sides of the motel with one upstairs and the other downstairs. The stairs were not shoveled, there was ice on each one and was very unsafe. Men dressed in all black hanging around outside. The first room was ok besides the carpet was disgusting. The second room smelt like smoke, blood on the toilet set and ROACHES everywhere. The front desk was extremely rude and told me...

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
