"The hotel was built in a very high crime area and drugs and lots of homeless people there's really no restaurants to eat at The hotel don't have inside restaurant streets are very dangerous street parking only no garage please read signs very carefully or you will get tickets or be tow I had to walk three blocks back to the hotel at night because there was no parking anywhere The hotel does need microwave in all rooms it would be very helpful, other than that it's a very beautiful hotel inside just a really bad area that they build it in not show when parking garage will be ready probably next year sometime The breakfast was very delicious good choices all and all the stuff was very very friendly very hopefully I had on my stay 2 young man they was amazing . and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby to drink and please to owners you need security at the hotel desperately.no swimming pool ,do have gym and laundry room."

"Quirky boutique-style hotel in midtown, 24 hr gym, in-room workout station, complimentary coffee machines and flavored water in the lobby. On site restaurant and bar with very reasonable prices and tasty food. I ding them on the limited elevators (so try to avoid upper floors if you can) and the coffee machine in my room didn’t work. But otherwise great stay, I’d go back. "

"The pros: good location, the hotel is very nice and clean. The cons: the lights on my bathroom mirror did not work so it was pretty dark. First day, I tried to call down but no one answered the phone. Walked down and was told they would come fix. They never did. The bar closes at 11:00p and they open at 5:00p. I feel like those are very limited hours for a hotel bar! The hotel charges $35 a DAY for some sort of fee. They do give you that back in credit for food or bar (see above comment) but being in NY, I don’t imagine most people will eat at the hotel restaurant. So I lost a few of those days, especially because of the bar hours."

"The room was fine, the bed comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was Kleenex, but no TP. It took my 25 min waiting in line to be checked in. I was so tired b/c of traveling all day from Europe that I had no energy to complain about it. I don't know if the hotel's understaffed, but I paid $200+ to stay there. "

"Our experience at the Millenium Hilton New York One Plaza was unacceptable. They charge $100 every time they bring or retrieve your car, without any warning in advance. When we arrived, we dropped off our luggage and immediately came back downstairs, yet they still charged us another $100 to bring the car back, even though it had not even been in their possession for 20 minutes. The parking staff was rude while we were trying to park for check-in. We also requested something as simple as a birthday card for our 14-year-old daughter while staying in the Presidential Suite, and they told us they do not provide that kind of service. Extremely overpriced, lacking basic kindness and hospitality, and the hotel conditions do not justify the prices they charge at all. I do not recommend this hotel."
