“This hotel is great in so many ways. The staff is friendly and very helpful with tips for dining and travel directions. The rooms are clean and equipped with a nightlight (which should be standard in all rooms!). Best of all is the wine bar which is open late. The staff in the bar (ours was Jan) is so knowledgeable about the wines and which to taste. Visiting the wine bar was a great way to cap off a long day of driving. I would definitely stop here again. ”

“I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.”
