「Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.」

「Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in...

「I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,...

「We stayed at Top Style Orchard from January 14–19, and everything was amazing. The place was comfortable, very clean, well-organized, and felt like a true home away from home. Jenny was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Jenny, for the milk and eggs—and the loaf of bread was so soft and tasted really good! This was the perfect place for our trip, and we will definitely make this our go-to spot whenever we’re traveling again. Thank you again from...

「Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. Not great when you are working, not getting in until 11pm and leaving at 6am. The landlady & landlord of the pub were very friendly & helpful, as myself and...

「Thanks for a wonderful stay Nigel! Your hospitality and local knowledge was second to none! We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and reading all about how it was built. Such a beautiful setting with a big peaceful field all around us, the quiet and the comfort of a well constructed property! The little treats left for us on day one was very thoughtful and heartwarming. Thank you!!」

「What an excellent place to stay. Close to a main road but totally secluded with a stunning view of the Malvern hills. Very friendly and helpful hosts add to the experience. It’s a great base for gastronomic tourism with a truly outstanding bakery, cider makers and an epic food store and butchers in town. Access to the property is almost level with just a couple of small steps to enter and a tiny step once inside. You can even charge your electric car there. Highly recommended.」
