“The splash pad, the pool and the mini golf are definitely a hit if you are traveling with kids. Room was a little musty smelling. Breakfast is awful. Better off going to a nearby pancake house.”

“This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. My only complaint is that the restaurants close……

“Cons: Check in was hectic with a long wait. Then they had me booked into a one bedroom when I had booked a 2bd and then was told they would check for a 2bd… whatttt? Thank goodness they had one, but what would have happened if they hadn’t! Pros: Jesse checked me in and she was very good! They also DO NOT make you have to listen to a “time share” spiel.. so that was AWESOME! Pros: the cottages are nice and spacious! “What a vacation!! Fun was had by all!! Ages ranging from 10 - 63 yrs. Late check in, no problem. Location, location, location!! So many things to do or just hang out by the pool. Love that the pool was open until 10 pm, loved the private balcony; hanging out with the frogs, deer and lightning bugs (fireflys) The property was clean the condo was clean. We hope to come back!!! Soo many things left undone”

“The place did not look like the photos. I felt like I was catfish. I was very disappointed. I’m never the type to talk bad on any hotels but this one was really bad. I seen spiders. The tub was dirty with hair. I do not recommend but you get what you pay for.”

“The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot.……

“Do not believe the photos, the room will not look like that. Stained, musty, and hair in BOTH showers I saw in this establishment. From outside the hotel, it doesn’t look bad. The person that checked me in did not speak to me at all other than to ask for my credit card and I could barely hear her then. Once we got to our room, it was HOT in there.
