「We booked two rooms, each with two double beds but one of the rooms we got had only a king size bed. Instead of finding us another room with two double beds, we had to get another single bed rolled in. One of the rooms constantly smelled like mold. As an all-inclusive, the hotel is not a great option for anyone planning on doing lots of early morning excursions as no real food options were available before 7:00 am. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
