"The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much."

"Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. They really wanted to make sure our experience was top class (which it was!). We didn’t know breakfast was included which was a lovely bonus. Will 100% be visiting again. "

"SPECTACULAR SERVICE. The hotel provides a walking guide from the taxi stand to the hotel and back at all hours of the day as it would be impossible to find. Feels a bit sketchy if you’re not used to the area (trash, beggars, motorcycles constantly on narrow paths), but when you step inside it is spectacular. Free laundry service every day. Rooftop breakfast lunch and dinner. Multiple pools. Turndown service (even close the drapes). They give you a local cell phone to walk the city with just incase your nav or cell doesn’t work. Spectacular attention to everyone’s needs. Absolutely authentic Morrocab charming Riad. Beautiful without feeling too Bougie. Authentic, attentive. A bit of a maze but there’s always someone to help you. Might be my favorite hotel ever and I stay 100 days a year in hotels. My colleague stayed at the Nobu. I stayed here. So happy I did. "

"Mixed Experience at Riad Sun of Kech Our family stayed at Riad Sun of Kech for six nights, and overall, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Positives: The breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared. Housekeeping services were consistent and reliable. Rashid at the front desk provided excellent service—professional, helpful, and courteous. Negatives: The Riad is located about a 10-minute walk from the nearest taxi drop-off point. This can feel unsafe, especially if you're returning after 10 PM. The hotel-arranged taxi service is significantly overpriced—nearly four times the normal rate. We recommend arranging your own transportation instead. The in-house food is also expensive, nearly double the price of nearby options with better quality. Be cautious of Hamza, who comes across as pushy and tries to upsell services at high prices. Despite the listing stating that card payments are accepted, the hotel adds a 10% surcharge on all services—including taxis—if you pay by card. Even with the hotel-arranged taxi, you're still required to walk to the taxi point, making the added cost unjustifiable. While breakfast is advertised on the rooftop, we only experienced it there twice in six days. The rest of the time it was served on the dimly lit ground floor with wobbly tables and chairs. Overall, while there were some highlights, we would not recommend Riad Sun of Kech to other travelers."
