“It was a nice resort. Wasn't too crowded. The food and drinks in specialty restaurants was really nice. The drinks near the pool area or other cafes were ok. The beach area was clean and nice, although we could not get into the ocean. The entertainment activities were fun although they were too loud throughout the day. Perhaps they could schedule a quiet time from 1.30-4.00pm to allow the silence and the waves to relax those lying by the pool and enjoying a lazy nap after a heavy brunch. The……

“The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. ”

“Todo estuvo muy bien, lástima que no tengan un protocolo, para los incidentes que pasan por ahí en la alberca estaban flotando escreneto de humano y nunca sacaron a la gente de la alberca todo muy asqueroso optamos por retirarnos y pasar los siguientes días en otros lugares ”
