「Thus hotel is always my go to hotel to stay at. Its near family and the rooms are nice.」

「The room was tolerable, the bathtub had rust. Breakfast had minimal options, only thing hot was waffles that you make in the waffle maker. No protein. The environment of the hotel outside the room was absolutely terrible, some areas smelled like urine. Never aging!」

「The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. 「DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This motel is horrible and I would not recommend anyone stay here. They gave us a dirty room at first, one of the beds looked like someone had just gotten out of it. Then the second room was barely cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We were too afraid to sleep under the covers. And the final straw was the roach my husband had to kill before we left. We slept with the lights on, booked a better hotel at 4 am, paid EXTRA for the early check-in at Holiday...

「The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. I have never had to pay extra for fees before and I didn’t then. I love staying at Towne Place Suites, but this has really placed lowered my view of this property. 「First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb.
