“The bathroom door lock in the room was broken, there were holes burned by smoke on the sheets, the room smelled of smoke, and the service staff had a bad attitude.”

“The room was great. Clean and no appliance issues. If I was able to give a 10 I would. I believe her name is Jessica, but I left an item that was important to me in the hotel room. She worked with me to get it mailed to my home. Thank you again for all the help. Will stay here again when I travel to Dothan.”

“The best part of the staying here by far was meeting Mrs Chris the front desk receptionist. She was extremely kind, caring, funny, and accommodating. It was refreshing to meet a stranger who was actuality excited to meet you. The room, lobby, pool, and elevators were all clean. It was an excellent stay for my family and i. And to be honest id come back 10000 times just to see mrs chris and joke around with her for a bit. She was awesome ”
