“Had a very nice stay. The rooms were very nice. We had a beach view balcony room. The elevator and hallwayd could have been a little cleaner, and I found it hard to believe with the price of the rooms that they want to charge you for using a chair on the beach!!! Not cool!!! Other than that, everything was pretty good. ”

“Beautiful property and access to the beach. The pools were clean. The breakfast was great (waffles, muffins, cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage, coffee/juice). Unfortunately, our room by the pool had a constant leak through the concrete at the front of the room. The floor/carpeting near the door was constantly soaked and never dried. Room smelt like chlorine and the air was very humid even with A/C on. Room 122. Hopefully they will fix the leak because the mould will continue to spread, I imagine. The……

“Good place according to the price”

“We enjoyed our stay but the hotel is old. The room had a musty smell, the bath tub had rust spots and black marks. The bathroom was dated and there wasn’t a handheld sprayer in the shower which is nice if you’re a woman. To access the balcony (we had an oceanfront room), you have to open an exterior door and step over a tall threshold. For the price of the room I did expect something a little nicer. ”

“Beachfront on Wrightsville Beach. Can't get better than that! Indoor/outdoor pool, lounge chairs on beach deck, music, hammocks, happy, bright atmosphere. Friendly, professional staff. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower. We'll definitely be back”

“I showed up on a bad day, long line, phones ringing off the hook, and the front staff handling it like a professional. 3 staff short, delays in getting rooms ready and doing everything she could , taking names and phone numbers to let everyone know as soon as they would be ready…… all with a smile. ”

“Location was great. Nice and quiet..Lots of dining in the area..Rooms are spacious. The t.v. and Internet went out in the middle of the night. I'm a night owl so I wasn't happy about this. Tried to call front desk but the phone didn't work. Also, there are not enough outlets in the room or any USB charging ports or other more modern upgrades for technology use. ”

“My sons and I stayed at the Aloft for Mother’s Day weekend. Joshua was the reception on duty when we arrived, his customer service was phenomenal. Joshua truly exemplifies professionalism and he was extremely courteous. Gabby was the reception when we departed and she was extremely professional as well. Thank you for an amazing stay! ”

“All the staff members are busy at their work and happy to work together. The management team is hiring the right people. The team members are also gracious to meet guests and do things guests like without the guests asking for those things to be done.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Beaufort Hotel. This was our dog's first beach trip, and the hotel is super pet friendly. We even took him to the hotel bar to enjoy some music. The only thing I dislike about the hotel is that unless you pay for valet service, you have to walk about a half mile to your car. ”

“It was decent and a pretty view. Pool is also nice, however for price even on water they really need to update some things. Overall nice stay but I think it’s time for some renovations.”

“I arrived in the evening, my room was ready. I got checked immediately, our room was clean and comfortable. Living area w/mini kitchen and sleeping area was a good size. Breakfast area was kept stocked and clean and the coffee was good and hot. Best of all the hotel is located directly on the beach, great for a morning walk with your coffee to start your day.”
