“The floor in the room was sticky to walk on if walking in socks they werevery dirty after walking in the room. The room had a funky smell in it as well. I bought lysol and sprayed all over all surfaces and beds helped some. Have stayed here a few years ago and the hotel has seemed to go down hill.”

“Staff unapologetic for noisy guests. Night clerk did not want to ask guests to hold noise down. Really did not care that other guests were woken after midnight. Will never go back. ”

“The room was very clean and had a nice view of the battleship. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out. The rooftop bar was nice as well. ”

“About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.”

“This is how we spent our first 15hrs at The Sea Ranch where they can care less about their customers! When we checked into our room the tv didn’t cut on. They send someone and he cuts the power on. We proceed to go to dinner and when we came back to the room the tv was completely froze and nothing worked. The person they sent to look at it said it was an internal issue and that they would have to move us to a different room all the way across to the other side and on the 4th floor at 11pm! ……
