「Jocelyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately her cheery and helpful attitude was the only highlight. The breakfast situation was horrible. There was one, I repeat, ONE person taking breakfast orders, cooking, cleaning tables, replenishing (and keeping an eye on guests understanding that the continent breakfast wasn't included in a room stay) continental breakfast items and coffee. 「Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit」

「Accidently booked wrong date online. Contacted property, and expedia within minutes of booking and after 4 days of messing around was told nothing they can do. Had to pay for hotel stay for incorrect dates. I rebooked correct dates directly and figured when I checked in maybe talking to the manager would help. Nope.
