“Very clean, close to the airport ”

“Clean and quiet. Room was cleaned daily. Newly renovated with modern features. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue during my stay was the internet was not working frequently during my 5 nights there. Other than that I highly recommend.”

“Room phone didn’t work, so two calls to the desk (one for a missing remote, one to advise of check out) had to be done via my cell phone. Very comfortable bed and shower pressure, though!”

“Inside is nice, pretty. Some areas inside could use some deep cleaning. Outside appearance of hotel needs some refurbishment . Pool closed while we were there and did not know when it would open again.”

“we paid online and got here and there was a surprise holding fee of $75 that we were never told would happen upon booking online. it also charged immediately but was told that it would take 5-7 days to return that back to us. absolutely unacceptable. ”

“The entire hotel was clean, quiet attractive. The staff was amazing. The food was great. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom wall and tub needs to be replaced or updated. Was stained and marked up and uncomfortable to use.”

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”
