“Easy check-in, easy access from the interstate, near the air port, several dinning choices. Good for travelers. ”

“The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly. ”

“Excellent Location for the Bank of America Stadium. Lots of restaurants/food trucks in the area. My only complaint was the air conditioning was lacking at night (probably due to sensors.) Would stay there again!”

“There was a glitch in the entrance gate for self park. Help came immediately allows us to enter and just pay at check in. Original room held for us was not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Another room on a lower floor was offered and credit applied to our account. Honestly I would never have known. ”

“The hotel was very well kept and really close to the mall. It was easily accessed and had beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.”
