Norfolk - Virginia Beach 3 Stars Hotels

"Hot breakfast included is always a good deal. Be aware parking fees are $16 daily. VA Beach parking is always hard to find. Most hotels charge a fee. Pet fees are $25 daily. Harris Teeter grocery is right across the street as well as the beach. Pizza place next door as well as a popular Irish pub with bands playing music outside. I saw alot of people dancing. There is a patch of grass about 15 feet wide and the length of the hotel to walk your dog too. Good location."

"The view of the beach was great. The AC worked well. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. All in all i enjoyed my stay. "

"Well I would of left a great review but.. my son went to take a shower at 730 and I went to the pool. I was at the pool till 9 and my son didn't come down and he wanted to swim really bad. Went to check on him. The door to the bathroom got stuck and he was trapped in the bathroom till 9pm missed dinner because they closed at 9. He only had 45 with the pool. They guy came and got the door opened but it was left open all night. Two women in a room with a 17 year boy. Didn't offer to fix or move rooms. I asked to speak to a manager the next morning, no manager was there. Left my number because im 10 hours away. It's been days and no phone call. I'll definitely visit Virginia Beach again I'm probably stayed here again if some kind of solution was made or even a phone call. I'm a manager and you want your guests to come back this did not help for me to stay again."

"Arrived early but was received with a warm welcome. Ricky at reception was great. The room was comfortable, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and the fact service starts at 5:30am is great for an early riser like me. Coffee/tea was available at reception all day and night. Having the beach right out of the door is the best!"

"Breakfast was ok hot. Tub broke, TV in room broken Room smell of old cigarette smoke Carpet in hallway smell very bad No screen in hotel windows mirror in bathroom Cracked… I wish I didn’t broke the hotel I would love to get my money back"

"Room was clean, nicely furnished, albeit quite small , it had everything we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk, walking up to the sounds of the ocean and being able to walk out right on the beach was the best part. Parking staff and front desk staff were pleasant though not much contact. The only comment I have is that the green carpet in the hallways looked dingy and in need of some deep cleaning. Otherwise, hotel stay was good, I would book with Moxy again. "
