「After a storm the hotel power went out from 3:30pm until 11:30pm. Guests were not provided with any information on power restoration ETA. The restaurant closed for dinner two hours early without notice and didn’t serve breakfast, only fruit and granola bars at the front desk (only the lobby and restaurant had power). The front desk won’t answer calls from third party booking services making it a problem to get any type of refund. We were not offered to be walked to another property with power...

「We were welcomed immediately upon arrival and had a very comfortable and quiet stay. Our room was very clean and updated. The lounge at the top floor had a limited menu however, very good. They also offer a delicious breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great view of the harbor and lake.」

「Rudeness and ignorance from front desk employee Debbie. She came off as a rascist Karen that didn’t want to help me check in.
The stay was not worth the money. Room was not updated and I wasn’t told where the hot tub even existed.」
