“We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend ,the Longhouse Manor, plus seeing all the deer was a bonus. We liked that it was very close to the town. The cleanliness was a big part of why we stayed here. Don’t pass this place up!!”

“Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may……

“We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel.”

“Fabulous host and location.”

“Perfect location to get up and down the lake and walking distance to a nice little village”

“This was a great old mansion that has been restored. Jen was a wonderful host. She gave good suggestions for things to do in the area. She also served a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was plenty of coffee in the upstairs guest kitchen as well as tasty homemade treats. It was quiet and that was nice. You should be aware that since this is an old house, there is no elevator and all the guest rooms are on the second floor. There's also lots of stairs from the house to your car. ……

“The space was cozy, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The owners are communicative and helpful. 5 stars.”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”
