“The room and breakfast buffet was as expected. The gym was closed for remodel. The pool could have used a good cleaning. The staff were very nice and helpful.”

“STAY AWAY !!!! They are independently owned and operated. The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was terrible, unhelpful and no customer service skills. 1. They charged my card for a $100 "deposit" for 2 rooms. I had to dispute the charge to get it off. 2. There was no coffee in the lobby and the clerk said the Lobby restroom was "clogged". To use the restroom I would have to complete check-in and use the one in the room. 3 There was a sign post "no breakfast sorry for the inconvenience".……

“Parking is NOT free unless you want to park on the street where there are a bunch of homeless people walking around and sleeping. You’re basically forced to park VIP which is almost $40 per night. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Not once did we ever see the cleaning crew. No one came to replace the trash bags or clean the room during our stay which was only over the weekend but we were never even offered clean towels. The breakfast was ok but was what I’d expected. The hotel……

“First room had a TV that they could not fix nor replace. Second room they put us in had cloudy water. Put us in a third room, but we weren’t there to move our items so they moved our stuff by dumping everything into garbage bags. All three rooms only had two towels for the three occupants. Staff was not good about reimbursing us when we had to leave the hotel due to the many issues we had there.”

“Room was nice and clean. Only complaint was we booked a room with two beds and when we arrived all the had was a single king bed and pull out couch. But had no other option.”
