“入住当天上午一直下雨，计划先到这个已经预定的酒店存放行李。抵达时才上午11点多，接待员工很热情查询了一下房间状态说可以提前入住，意外之喜。早餐相对简单一些，早餐区比较拥挤（另一方面说明入住率比较高）”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay……

“Bedsheets had stains on it! Bed very uncomfortable! Security safe broken! Shower tub very unsafe and slippery! Terrible in closet space for hanging stuff! Elevator not working and water leak in building roofing! Too much smoking near front entrance of building! Food warm! ( We need a refund on this stay from Expedia or Embassy Suites).”

“Words cannot express how horrible this hotel is. There were cats running around the building and I was on the 2nd floor, and someone bought cat food and left it open in spots around the lobby. Upon check in there was tons of trash in the hallways, you had to step over it to get to your room. Rooms outdated and filled with at least 3inches of dust. Funny thing there was a housekeeper on the floor and when I asked him about getting the trash he said thats not my job someone will be around to get……

“The best hotel you can find around the umich campus. We visited every summer when my children study over there ”
