“When I arrived they said I had another half an hour to wait which was fine so I waited. When I went back up they said it was going to be another half an hour ago 45 minutes. They said they could downgrade me to a non-hypoallergenic room. Still got charged the same. The bed was super comfortable. The room was also not soundproof so I heard everybody at the bar until all hours of the morning. I use the voucher for breakfast most of the food was cold or all the pastries was hard. “The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. ”

“The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. ”

“I’ve finally found a hotel worth staying at in Springfield!!!! My family and I come down 2-3x a year, and let me tell you it’s been rough finding a good hotel. But this place Vib, was amazing! The staff was awesome, the room was very cool and very clean, the beds and pillows were so comfy, the view was incredible. We were on the 4th floor and could see Mercy hospital and other businesses. Our kids found that the best thing ever! I will definitely be back! ”
