「It was a roof above our heads that’s for sure. Our stay started with hiccups. We understand that Coachella is a big event but that should also anticipate their readiness when it comes to having rooms ready when guest arrive for a 4pm check in. For our time I guess someone thought it would be great to book not only for Coachella but another group booking at the same time, causing many delays. I’m not going to take away from the staff being friendly because they really were and I do not blame them...

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...
