“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“This hotel is quite expensive, but the service was surprisingly stingy. We asked for just one extra bottle of water, and the staff refused. For the price we paid, such a small courtesy should not have been an issue. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and denying something as simple as an extra bottle of water left a very poor impression. I expected much better service from a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again.”

“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

“The Ironhorse is such a unique property. The lobby has great decore. I had a corner room on the second floor off the train tracks and it was really quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm. The staff was fantastic and gave great recommendations for local fare. The hotel reataurant was so so. Great drinks but it took 30 minutes to get my food and it one dish was inedible. Overall though I would stay there again.”
