“Check-in time is an hour too late, and the check-out time is an hour too early. They would not accommodate my requests to change either. Other than that, this unit was clean and homely. Sits in a great area for walking.”

“Excellent stay! Went to a concert at the Ritz Ybor, 3 minute walk, perfect location within Ybor City. Incredibly clean, modern, and well designed stay. Valet service was friendly and efficient, staff was kind. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool or restaurant but both looked amazing. We visited the cafe before we left , excellent pastries and coffees. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, pool view from 4th floor was very nice. Amenities were generous. Highly recommend!”

“Everything at the hotel is exceptionally clean. Food at the pool and Sandbar is very good. The Gulf is right in front of the pool, but beach access is down 2 flights of stairs and on the side of the hotel.”

“The area of the hotel was great as was the lobbed and the staff. The rooms are very average not really an autograph styled room. The room and bathroom were very clean but need an upgrade.”

“The property is beautiful and in the best location. We walked the entire trip because we didn’t have a car. The staff was always friendly.. The valet attendants even ask if you want water while you wait for your rides! They even sent me cake and champagne to my room for my birthday!”
