“Looked like a nice place in pics but when arrived found the cleaning of the place was done pretty bad. Floors were terrible. Crumbs on sofa on ledges all over the floor. Very bad cleaning job which made us all question how well the beds and sheets were cleaned and the bathroom. One bed hard one bed soft not the best sleep for any of us. Heat kept automatically going on when we were trying to cool the place down with the Swamp cooler/ac unit they provided because it was hot out thus the……

“This property was advertised on a hotel booking site, with hotel pricing and hotel taxes and fees, so was expecting maybe a bottle of water or a coffee pod to give it the hotel feel. I was required to take out the trash prior to departure - shouldn’t be my job as the guest.”
