“I thoroughly enjoyed staying here overnight while in Springs. Lika, one of the front desk reps, was absolutely amazing; she was able to check me in a few minutes early as I ended up in an unexpected situation with my rental car (flat tire) and had no where else to go. I truly appreciated her compassion and humor. I recommend stopping at Lumen8 and Toastique; one is a rooftop bar/restaurant and the other is a fun gourmet toast/smoothie spot that’s just South of the Hotel. I would absolutely stay……

“Overnight stay with kids, room was clean and staff were great. Only thing is there’s not a lot of ventilation so our room got really stuffy. ”

“We were greeted immediately by a very friendly and helpful staff, continuing throughout our stay. They were renovating, but the facility was very clean despite that fact. Be aware if you include breakfast with your Expedia reservation it is a continental breakfast, which met our needs. We only stayed one night. Unfortunately our toilet was clogged our entire visit. The bathrooms on the main floor were very clean and accessible.”

“Gorgeous. Immaculate, updated, trendy rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linens, and all in an incredibly lovely setting! The walls are a bit thin, but we would stay here again!”

“Only stayed one night. Within walking distance of our event. Parking was easy but had trouble with the use of the box to insert hotel key as it’s at an awkward angle for cars. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. I would not mind staying here again. ”
