“Nicely located for visit to downtown area. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Quirk's own. Coffee bar in lobby is convenient. I liked that they offer RO water on each floor, but if it's down (as it was for our stay), no supply is available in the room. After 10pm call to the desk, no replacement water was offered. (The tap water was strangely solvent-like in taste and aroma.) The faucet is poorly placed and water ends up on the counter. No ventilation is available for the bathroom, so……

“The lobby and the bar area were nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice if the air conditioner didn’t sound like a truck running through the room. Also, I do love a makeup mirror in the bathroom but ours was broken. I would stay again as it was clean and the restaurant staff were great!”

“Beautiful old home and suite. Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was first-rate. The hosts are welcoming and have an eye for detail that makes this a special and highly recommended experience. Walkable to numerous dining options and several museums. Only downside was traffic noise in the evening that mostly abated after about midnight so if you are noise-sensitive consider booking a room at the middle or back, but don’t let this stop you from experiencing this fantastic inn.”

“It is difficult to express how disappointed we were with this property. We have been using Vrbo for approximately five years. This year alone we have logged about 90 nights with Vrbo. In all those visits we have NEVER encountered a worse property or a less helpful host. First of all, the apartment is not truly habitable at this time (March) of year. Being below grade, the heat pump struggles to raise the temperature above 69 degrees. The breakfast room (den) is unheated and hence unusable. Which……
