“Liked all”

“The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received.”

“I arrived and was informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water at the hotel. They said they had reached out to other hotels to accommodate their guests. They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel.”

“This lodge is simply stunning! Although it is not a new facility it is very well maintained. Everything was very clean, the staff is top notch, the amenities are great. Meals at the on-site restaurants were exceptional. It's too far to walk into downtown Lake Placid however they offered a shuttle. The one day the shuttle was not offered due to a marathon there was plenty of taxi opportunities. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again.”
