"The room service took way to long food was disappearing "

"We have stayed here many times. Service is very good and property is immaculate. Rooms are small but elegant. We didn’t like our room (201) as it had a huge cabinet built out into the room (for no purpose). It seemed to be connected to the canopy over the front entrance. Anyway, it was very inconvenient and we were disappointed to be assigned such a room given our loyalty. "

"The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was so awful and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. The restaurant in the hotel is a must and each day we went to breakfast the servers remembered us. Such pleasant interactions with every person that works here. "

"I had a great one night stay. Enjoyed the spa (needs a bit of renovation in the showers and expanded space) yet Sarah made the experience A with the massage treatment. I checked into hotel and Jay made the experience so special. She got to know me and remembered my name when I walked by to check out the next day. She made my experience so special! Food was nice in the restaurant and walked to the Palm for dinner. Highly recommend the rooms and views!"

"Riggs hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Service with excellent. The workers were attentive. When I needed distilled water that I could not find at any of the local drugstores, the Bellman went out to buy it for me. Room was cleaned daily. One of the things I like best about the hotel is it is central to all the major sites in Washington DC."

"This hotel is well located near the national mall and a quick 10 min walk to the wharf that’s home to multiple restaurants. Any taxi ride required was never more than $10-15. Mr Ali was quick with the door and always there to answer any questions and offer any service. The morning coffee in the lobby was the only negative. It was just never hot enough! "

"This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. "

"Check-in was seamless even though we arrived several hours early. The staff was wonderfully attentive, but unobtrusive at the same time. The hotel is small, but charming and located in a great area with many restaurants and fabulous shops nearby."

"No hot water one night. Service on roof top was VERY SLOW. Bar waitress was great. Close to where we needed to get to. The inside smell is very strong. They could turn the scent down a bit. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well out fitted. Parking was easy and convenient and the check in check out process was seamless. I would definitely recommend and stay there again"
