「The location is perfect & near the T1 rail buss. Very good experience of travel.」

「Hotel is steps from the metro. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, the Ac and wifi worked well, and the breakfast was great. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located on a busy intersection, so if you are very sensitive to street noise, it might be a concern. It wasn't an issue for us and we would happily stay there again.」

「The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart.」

「Rooms are clean, staff are very cooperative especially Mr Abdulkareem, allowed me early check inn, breakfast is simple but quiet acceptable, equipments of room are good but there is no kettle for water boiling, but reception brought me a free tea on need. Beds are comfortable location is very good, we spent a pleasant stay in hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for stay」

Although the breakfast buffet was tasty, the organization was illogical; for instance, the bread was placed on the opposite side of the room from the toaster. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing: the beds were sagging and the bathroom was not clean, with many marks in the shower stall.」
