Bakewell All Saints Church Hotels

"We booked a room with a view which was lovely to wake up to. The room was small but clean and had plenty of tea/coffee and milk for our stay. We stayed on a Monday night when the bar and restaurant were closed but this meant we had a very quiet night and a good nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. The breakfast choice and service was fantastic and set us up for the day. "

"Absolutely loved our stay, this is such a cosy hotel with beautiful decor, amazing food and fabulous staff. Wish we had stayed for more than one night! Lovely evening meal in the restaurant, and a great breakfast too. Excellent that you can choose from the breakfast menu and it’s all cooked fresh to order. The only very slight downside was the size of our room. We stayed with friends and both booked deluxe rooms. They were given Marvin and we had Magpie - this was much smaller despite being the same price, with no armchair or separate dressing table area. I think Magpie should be priced cheaper perhaps as a ‘standard’ room, although it was still perfect and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again."

"Stunning property. Perfect for a large family gathering. The house had everything we needed and many extra things. Very easy to checkin and excellent communication. We could not ask for any more. One query: Either the online description or the very detailed electronic guide available when you have booked is slightly confusing. There is a reference to TVs in a number of rooms and unless we were really dim, the only TV was in the room off from the living room. This was perfect for us as we wanted family time but this might not be the case for everyone. Thank you for letting us share the property. "

"Everything about the experience was excellent. Communication prior to check in was prompt, the host offering advice as to the best places to go to eat taking a dog.As for the accommodation, it exceeded my expectation. It was immaculate and everything you could possibly need was provided, including a welcome pack containing the basics, bread, milk, butter etc ( and dog biscuits too)We will definitely be back."

"Our adult family of 5 had a lovely stay in Vinod and Krishna's beautiful cottage. The living/ dining room was perfect for spending time together, and the views were stunning. The beds were comfy and the cottage was clean and well thought-out. Vinod was a considerate host and easy to contact when needed. The location is handy for lots of lovely walks and Chatsworth House is a short drive away. We would happily stay here again!"

"We had an amazing weekend for our anniversary! From the moment of booking I had great communication with the owners who were very responsive and accommodating. Our cottage was very comfy, cosy and clean. The facilities are amazing with dog paddocks, entertainments (pool table, football table, table tennis, board games, a great wide selection of dvds for the whole family, a kids corner with toys and books). Lots of personal touches (delicious homemade cake, handwritten note etc). We are already planning our next stay! It is also very well situated. "
