Many staff are bilingual which made communication easy. And the hotel itself was in a quiet location overlooking the lake even though there were many tourists in the area. "I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area."
