"No regret staying at excellency floor although the room rate is on the high side. Excellent view anmd spacious room and it comes with private onsen for 45 minutes! The hotel public onsen is also exceptional. Just make sure you would spend enough time in the hotel to enjoy all the onsen and spa facilities, otherwise it would be a waste of money. The food quality is good and the service is good. Just that we don’t speak Japanese and sometimes feel lost in translation and Jane some awkward moment. They do try their best to explain.Overall, it is more like a local luxury wellness retreat than an international hotel. Would be good to have a google translate in hand."
