「Feelathome replied emails quickly; I have received the confirmed email a fortnight before we set off. We thought they were simply going to give us the keys like the norm but they took their time to teach us how to use the electric applicants; such as the washing machine, dishwasher & stoves etc... which is helpful as the electric applicants vary around the world and without their help, it would have taken us forever to figure it out.
