「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「This hotel has very poor food quality and is much more expensive than expected for a 5-star hotel. I would honestly recommend staying at another hotel for this price. The food was terrible, the glasses were dirty, and they even brought me a glass that still had red lipstick marks and someone else’s water stains on it. The pools were also dirty and not well maintained. Very disappointing experience.」

「Hotel has no beach, we had to drive to a public beach which was a better choice. Hotel wanted to sell me a day pass to another hotel. I didn’t use the pool and spa. 」

「It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.」
