「The only problem is that it was hard to find the office; they should have let us know that we had to go to the office. We were looking for the condo for half an hour」

「Beautiful place, great location, helped us with early check in! 」

「Nice place and location but parking situation was very difficult or costly.」

「Room was as described, great location」

「Location is perfect. Condo is updated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Negatives are the bedrooms are very small with no closet or dresser. Also, the delivery trucks for the grocery are right below the rooms and the trash / recycle truck comes nearly every morning by 8 for multiple loads. The hot tubs were broken the entire time we were there, so that was disappointing. The closest free parking is about a 7 minute walk.」

「Great location, easy check in, property was too expensive for what we paid in my opinion. Beds and pillows were awful. So hard and uncomfortable! My hips still hurt from having to sleep on it!」

「Very nice accommodations! The hotel restaurant was excellent, we wound up eating 75% of our meals there sitting outside with the unbelievable view of the mountains, too. Even though Hotel Canoe is the furthest Uptown, the walk to Downtown is super easy, and the transit shuttle picks up right across the street if you don't wish to walk. We will definitely stay there again...just make sure to upgrade your RSVP to a room with unobstructed views of the mountains. AAA」

「Everything was great and easy! The restaurant Sudden Sally was even better!! My only hiccup was the in room coffee and housekeeping. The card I filled out for their coffee system was never filled and the house keeping came at odd times. Housekeep ALWAYS brought everything we needed when we asked though. So service was AMAZING just different than what I’m used to. We just never kept a schedule to make it to where the housekeeping came when we were gone. 」

「I wish the TV worked」

「We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone travelling with family and friends. 」

「Perfect」

「Keep in mind that some units are located on the upper floors, and there is no elevator or escalator. If you have large or heavy luggage, you will need to carry it upstairs yourself. Also, the hot tub is only available until 10:00 PM.」
