「Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.」

「Lovely warm welcome,having arrived on foot as we were walking around the island. Room newly and nicely decorated and very clean. Biscuits in room and coffee machine were nice extra touches. Excellent menu choice for breakfast . Evening meal choice also good and nicely cooked. We loved the sea view from the bedroom」

「Had an amazing stay in tasteful and clean bedroom with comfy bed lovely
Pillows and great bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee. Had dinner and breakfast in the pub and they were really tasty. Properly cooked bacon! Great wine list with lots of option. Really lovely beer garden and covered courtyard. Lovely staff. Also v close to Hambledon so a good base to visit there. Really recommend. 」

「Lovely hotel. Clean room.
Exceptionally warm welcome from Micheal. Being shown to the room is a lovely touch, rather than being pointed in the direction of your room.
We didn't have breakfast, but will next time.
Car parking excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel and hopefully enjoy the amenities, as this visit we were just staying for one night and didn't have time enjoy the splendour of the hotel.」

「It's a very old building with only stairs but staff was more than pleasant adverse helpful. They bought our luggage up to our room and then even brought it back down I highly recommend this place.」
