They were very friendly and were willing to help me in any way. I didn’t spend the extra money to get one of the upgraded rooms this time so my room did have a few things that were a little less than desirable, for instance the pillows were a little uncomfortable to me but I have a very delicate neck to be fair. The toilet was loose so everytime I sat down on it, the thing would move a little and when I stood up off of it, it would bang against the back wall. The internet sucked too but I’ve yet to find a hotel anywhere that does have decent internet. "
