「we stayed for 2 nights,20 minute walk to the station for the train to Utilita arena, room was very clean ,breakfast nice and hot! A special shout out to Sophia who worked so hard all morning and nothing was too much trouble for her,all with a smile,a credit to the hotel.」

「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so...
