“Had a fantastic short break in this lovely apartment. It was spacious, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed. It was in such a great location, literally minutes from the beach, and had the woods behind it which you could look at from the balcony. It was a very peaceful street with loads of parking. We had our own parking space but I parked on the road as it was easier to get out with our space being close to a wall and other residents cars, and me not being the best parker in the……

“The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone. ”

“The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases……

However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal..”

“Beautiful room- clearly recently been redecorated, very comfortable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good until I was served a gluten free sausage- raw in the middle! I was offered another but declined as I had already eaten the rest- I also didn’t want to risk food poisoning from raw pork.”

“Lovely hotel in good location to the beach. Small car park with £15 daily charge which doesn’t guarantee your space, you may lose the space if you go out! However there is free parking on West Overcliff Drive, but get there early to get a space. Follow the road round to find a space. There is a car park right next to this road also, but you may as well try a free space! Dog friendly hotel with seperate dining room and we were surprised by how many dogs.
