Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. 「The Property was great. We had stayed at Surrey's before but this was our first time to stay at the Townhouses. We loved it; plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! It's always nice to have the kitchen and laundry if needed. Everything was extremely clean.」

「The carpet was very dirty. I have multiple pictures that show this. The air conditioner was not working. We called maintenance and they said it is common in the log cabins. They did not send anyone to fix it. It got up to 77 degrees. I also have pictures to show this. 」
