「Fantastic customer service from all the staff. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. FYI: you can check bags if you arrive early/staying late after check out, but it costs $3 per bag and it's CASH ONLY, so have some cash with you to check bags. 「I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. "The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
