「Beautifully updated unit with many convenient “smart features” - window shades, fireplace, and touchless bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located close to all the central Boulder action. Covered, reserved parking space was much appreciated. 」

「We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect. 」
