「I have stayed at this resort several times. The last two not so good from the check-in process and no hot water after calling the front desk twice. Not enough people to clean rooms meaning them telling you check in could be 5pm. Unacceptable」

「Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up).
