“It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms……

Vi hadde en litt skuffende opplevelse og syntes ikke de levde opp til sine 5 stjerner for er par år siden, efter å ha tilbrakt flere opphold der tidligere, vi var derfor spent på å komme tilbake nu. Men denne gangen var det helt perfekt alt! Enestående service, de ansatte jobber ekstremt hardt for å ute den aller aller beste service og lykkes! Legg til helt fantastiske……

“Internet in the room is extremely unstable. ”

“Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work”

“The property is very well appointed and everything is kept very clean and in good condition. The downside is that the room we had very noisy plumbing running through it and the noise from the room above was intrusive.”
