"Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive and the quality of the food was really good. Everything felt well organized and enjoyable. The only issue I noticed was at the sports bar buffet. It tended to get messy because no one seemed to be monitoring that area. It would help to have someone keeping an eye on it so guests don’t leave it in disarray. Other than that, everything was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay."

"Good service by the staff But elevators needs up keep, pools are small and overcrowded at peak times , very pricey for the facilities, buffet needs more vegetarian options "

"The hotel was amazing in every aspect! If you’re looking for a fun place to stay, where you’ll have entertainment all day long this is where you belong; the hotel has activities all day including live entertainment at nights and even has a Riu themed Party. They have also activities for children. Apart from being an all inclusive hotel, the staff is great they’re all very friendly, the hotel is super clean, you have security taking care of you inside the hotel, the food is amazing and the sea is great! You know how Sargassum is an issue in Cancun; in this part of the city you don’t have to worry, as they have staff cleaning the sea all day and there’s less Sargassum than other parts. If you’re planning for a relaxing vacation October/November is best. If you’re not looking for a relaxing vacation, then all other seasons may be the one’s your looking for. The only thing I would change from the hotel is the showers, I felt they were too small, but the beds were super comfy and the rooms are pretty spacious. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back! "

"Overall the property was great. While I could hear traffic from my main floor bedroom, the pool & beach areas were a little quiet for my standards. (I was expecting some entertainment but it was non-existent here.) Breakfast was awesome with variety & healthy choices too. The beach was the highlight! Awesome, clean beach."
