Try to make reservations for the restaurant when first day I came. And find all the restaurants in hotel are not available except the buffet. and for the rest 4 days of my stay, i can only ate buffet, which is so bad. They also make a mistake on the room.i came with my friend, we booked a 2 beds room, but there is only 1 king size bed room left. Was Told that was the last room they have. So we have to sleep on one bed.

We moved from the Seadust to this property after 2 days. Loved it here. Staff was amazing, pool service fantastic, clean roos beautiful views! We took scuba lessons and went on 2 dives. Overall 20 out of 10! highly recommend. It was our first time in Cancun but 20th to Mexico!

Everything was amazing — from the service to the food. Any questions we had were always handled by the amazing staff, who provided exceptional service every single night. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Estefany helped us almost every day and always made sure we were taken care of. Alexander, one of the waiters, served us during our romantic dinner and also at breakfast on a few occasions, and he was extremely attentive and friendly as well. We truly appreciated the hospitality and experience throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely book again. Thank you so much!

Our second time back and it was still amazing! Such friendly staff and everyone was helpful. Bartenders were always very happy to serve whatever. Benamar, one of the bellhops was especially helpful if we had an excursion or anywhere else we needed to go. Giving options of ways to save money. Food was good. I was able to find something I love at the buffet everyday. For the "special dinners" you can do a more fancy restaurant, our package came with 3 dinners included. Those meals were amazing. The only thing that I would change is the activity calendar. It was hard to find, the app wasn't as helpful for this either. There was a TV by the theater that had it posted but it went down. I would hope to have it other places as well so it's easier to plan your stay. Loved it and we will go back again.

The review on this property aren’t real or valid. Property is very dated, not very clean, food is awful, to the point where it’s not edible. Door keys don’t work 90% of the time, we had to get new keys daily/multiple times a day. Room doors don’t even auto shut or close, which is a safety issue especially if you have little kids. No straws for drinks anywhere, old cups and silver wear used for everything, super low grade alcohol and drinks, doesn’t even taste like that brand on eve bottle. Very low quality service. For a 6 day stay we only got 2 reservations for the restaurants which isn’t sufficient. Otherwise you have to go to be buffet which is inedible with extremely limited option. Towels are extremely old and rough and yellowish color even though they’re white. Would never go back again. I tried to change rooms and explain the issues to front desk and they didn’t do anything.

Overall good experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and hardworking. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, the entertainment staff worked hard to make sure everyone was having a good time and the food staff were also very friendly and attentive. The resort itself could use a few updates. We had a few room issues that should be fixed, like a broken toilet lid and handle. The shower door was also strange because it opened into the shower, which made it awkward to use. The hurricane shutters on our room windows rattled the entire time we were there from the wind off the ocean. We also didn't realize this was a members resort, so we were disappointed that not all amenities were avaliable to us. That would have been nice to know before booking. We spent about 90 minutes listening to a sales presentation about becoming a member, because we were promised 2 free massages in the hotel, a cenotes tour, and 3 free nights on a future stay. However, the only thing we actually received were the massages and a coupon for a photo on the beach that we didn't get to use. We met several long time members of the resort and they were all great people that we enjoyed hanging out with.

Pésima Limpieza llegamos el domingo 3 de mayo y la primera vez que nos limpiaron la habitación fue el miércoles 6 de mayo y eso porque nos quejamos, pero la verdad que la limpieza deja mucho que desear, nos llevaban toallas limpias, pero nunca se llevaron las toallas sucias (tengo video), solo limpian "por encimita" Los empleados en general, son amables pero siempre tienen prioridad por los huéspedes extranjeros que siempre les dan que el dólar o que 5 dólares, etc, y se siente mucho la diferencia en la alberca llegaba el mesero y a los extranjeros les llegó a llevar hasta 3 veces y nosotros le pedíamos y nos decía, haa, se me perdió la comanda, haa, no me pusieron sus bebidas los del bar, y cosas así, ayer 8 de mayo teníamos una reservación en el restaurante Don Gus, a las 18:40, salimos de la playa a las 18:00 hrs, y pasamos a preguntar que si nos podían esperar, nos comentaron que después de 10 o 15 minutos, se cancela la reservación, entonces nos apuramos, yo llegue a las 18:40 en puntoy no me dejaron pasar que porque teníamos que ir las dos personas, me dijeron que me quedara afuera en la barra a esperar a mi acompañante, estaba haciendo muchisimo viento,les dije que porque no podía esperar a dentro, que mi acompañante llegaría en 5 o 10 minutos más, me dijeron que no podía, me fui a sentar a una salita que está frente a la pizzería y llegó la persona que me negó el paso y me dijo bueno pues pasele, y espere adentro para que no pierda su reservación muy mala onda

Hotel its not bad, Room was small and since the begining they try to give me a diferent room even know i pay for room with ocean view and they give us in the very beginning a room with vie to the pool and i ask they person helping us that i had pay for a ocean view not pool and she told me that i didnt get that and if i want to get that room it will cost me another $465 dollars extra and i say no and she quickly reply let me see what can i do for you she was trying to get her commission i guess cause at the end she end up giving us the room that i pay for it no the one they give us by that time i knew it that all this deal was shaddy after all room was nice and clean but way too small and the food was awful and the person who was sitting people in the buffet was arrogant and didnt make sense that we were only 2 persons and they were plenty of the table a the very beginning and the room was not even full she sat us all the way at the corner everytime we went down to have food morning,lunch or dinner i ask for a decaf coffee and they give me a regular twice in a row same night i suffer from anxiety that was bad night for me the soda or drinks werent even taste like regular sodas or the food had a taste o flavor at all so dissapointed that i had to go eat somewhere else to me and my wife .I personally will never stay again in that place lots of money down the drain that i pay for it if i can rated the Hotel 0 Stars i will give them -0 Lady Name was TEFANY 0 STARS FOR EVERYTHING.

Hotel food is not good, à la cart restaurant have to be book with app and limited, food was not good either on any of the restaurant. Drinks were really bad and water down. Employees are not rude but lack of empathy and care for the people and they don’t care about the property only do that they are there to do and leave. Spa was great other than that wont recommend or go back to this hotel in particular have not been in any other from their chain. Have many users complaint about the same issues i describe above… Beach was not usable at all awhile i was here.

The food lacked variety, and the restaurant service was disappointing. On day three, my room key stopped working. I went to the lobby to resolve the issue, but after being given a new key, it still didn’t work—ultimately wasting an hour of my time. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment or even a simple “thank you for your stay,” which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the spa was not worth the money and did not meet expectations.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room cleanliness was not acceptable at all. The bathroom had multiple issues — the sink was constantly leaking, the shower water would spill outside, and we had to put towels on the floor to stop the water from flooding the room. The toilet flush was also not working properly. The pool water was not clean at all. Every time we used it, our clothes — including my kids’ clothes — would get dirty, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. The food was very basic and below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Nothing special or memorable. One of the biggest issues was the staff behavior. Even though we paid for an all-inclusive package, it felt like you had to tip constantly to get any attention or proper service. Without tipping, staff would often ignore you, which created a very uncomfortable experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
