“Super happy and helpful staff- only true issue is the “i need to get you into a presentation” hassle. But they’re fully aware it’s an annoyance and if you give slight pushback, they’re more than willing to offer ibeurostar cash you can then use towards amenities and off site activities. other than that- everything and everyone was truly amazing. every day they’re doing something to upkeep the property. adorable animals all over. . !! helpful tip !! we found out too late lol-GOOGLE maps has……

“My wife and I loved our stay at Joia by Paraiso. We took a 10 day vacation away from our busy lives and the kids. The staff was always friendly and gave generally great service. The food at the buffet varied every night and was amazing. We tried the restaurants and the food was a little too fancy for us so we don’t have much of an opinion here other than sometimes the service there was good and sometimes it was just ok.
