「The staff was friendly, the kitchenette is a joke. No utensils, plates, cookware, or cups. You can apparently rent them for an extra fee. Close to shopping. Floors were dirty, swept not mopped in rooms. Bathroom rarely cleaned even though we often tipped.」

「It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. 」
