“Great stay all the way around. By far the best all inclusive in Cancun. Really enjoyed the live music at the pool, lobby, and cavo bar. Never expected to hear an Incredible country band in Mexico, but The Cash Band was amazing and so was the Rock band. Premium drinks and great bar service everywhere. Poolside service was incredible. Quick drink service and accurate food orders on point. Room always being cleaned. Room service on point. Got a nice Expedia room upgrade. Wife really enjoyed the……

“The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.”

“Great place to stay for single travelers like me who just need a good place to sleep while spending the day venturing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, you get a pretty decent size locker to store your things. The capsules are cool, clean, and very quiet. WiFi, free coffee, and super central to get anywhere in Cancun. Big super market right in front of you wanna buy anything. Definitely recommend ”

“Over all not too bad. Hotel is clean. Restaurant is nice. And staff is friendly. The only thing is the room we booked is not we expected. We thought we booked an ocean view. But the room we got is partially ocean view. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“Over all great experience. As we did not get all inclusive for this condo in the resort, it’s definitely worth it if you’re going to Cancun to explore and do activities and not stay at the resort 24/7. Spacious room and very clean.”
